All Saints’ Day, Wednesday, November 1

Join us for All Saints’ Day Mass at St. John’s; this is a holy day of obligation. All Saints’ Day is a solemn holy day of the Catholic Church celebrated annually on November 1. The day is dedicated to the saints of the Church, that is, all those who have attained heaven.

Vigil Mass, October 31 at 5:30 PM (confession following from 6:30-7:00 PM).

November 1 Masses: 6:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 12:10 PM, 5:30 PM and 7:00 PM.

All Souls’ Day, Thursday, November 2

St. John’s will have a special Mass at 5:30 pm for St. John’s parishioners who have passed away during the past year. Each of the deceased will be remembered in a special way during Mass.

There is also an opportunity for parish members to have their deceased loved ones remember by adding their names to lists that will be available in the atrium the weekends before All Souls Day. These names along with the names of the deceased of the past year will be put in an envelope beside the Tabernacle during the month of November.
